Group Corporate Chef & Culinary Consultant
Vinay Aggarwal is a distinguished Indian culinary professional with a global footprint. He currently serves as the Group Corporate Chef for Loyal World Market & Cafe the Aroma, overseeing operations across Mysuru, Bengaluru, and Dubai.
In addition to his role as a Chef Consultant, he has been the Lead Executive Chef of R&D at Licious since December 2021. Chef Vinay is widely recognized for his unique ability to bridge the gap between high-end fine dining and large-scale culinary product development.
Professional Journey
- Licious (2021–Present): As the Lead Executive Chef for Research and Development, he spearheads innovation and develops premium meat-based products for the national brand.
- International Roles: He serves as a Technical Advisor Chef and Business Developer for BRIDOR (France) and has served as a Sous Chef at the iconic FAUCHON Paris since January 2018.
- Luxury Hospitality: Between 2011 and 2015, he honed his craft as a Western and Oriental Chef at the prestigious The Oberoi, New Delhi, specifically at the award-winning Belvedere and 360° restaurants.
- Education & Mentorship: He holds a Master’s in Food & Nutrition from IGNOU and completed his rigorous systematic training at the Oberoi School of Learning & Development (OCLD) in 2011. A passionate educator, he has over 18 years of experience conducting professional cooking classes.
